This book is amazing. This book has great recipes for the slow cooker. They are delicious and well though out. I really enjoyed this book and must be recommended to all.

There are dozens of interesting recipes in the book that I plan to try, but the one I keep going back to is Rustic Potpie Topped with Chive Biscuits and even my non-vegan friends love this meal and the book has very useful tips for slow cooking and slow-cooking vegan ingredients and i ordered this book because I wanted to feed my family healthy meals, but I wanted to throw everything in a pot in the morning and be done with the daily-dinner-dilemma and i opened the book and intended to highlight all the recipes that were gluten-free or could easily be made so only to find that most of them are gluten-free and soy-free and there are a few that are not gluten-free, but very, very few and there are also several recipes that have gluten-free or soy-free options and i have not tried all the actual recipes, but I will update my review when I do. With so many positive reviews and the ingredients are not "too exotic" and the preparation for most recipes doesn't take hours and this book has been very helpful and has a lot of really good, easy to execute recipes and some of the recipes are little obvious and some turn out terrible (polenta in a slow cooker) but we are tagging the ones we like and find ourselves continuing to try additional recipes and repeating ones we liked, which is a good sign.

I’m grateful that my intro to the slow cooker cooking was using this cookbook. Maybe it’s not the possible best out there on the market – sometimes the prep-time is a bit off, and some of the ingredients are a little too complicated to find. But the recipes speak for themselves – they offer a whole bunch of ideas to try and will help you to save you time, your health and your money when cooked on a daily basis. I’ve never looked back since the decision to switch to the home cooking, and I’m glad I used this opportunity to its fullness.
